When contractors agree to receive SMS

Contractors agree to receive SMS from Home Reno Hotspot during onboarding when they provide their mobile phone number. The consent is obtained at the point where the contractor enters or confirms their phone number for the platform (e.g., sign-up flow, profile, or verification step). By submitting their number, they accept the consent language below.

How contractors can opt out

Contractors can opt out of SMS at any time by:

• Replying STOP to any SMS from Home Reno Hotspot. After STOP, they will receive a final confirmation and no further marketing or non-essential messages.
• Contacting us at help@homerenohotspot.com to request removal from SMS communications.
